Akting Bareng Julia Roberts, Christine Hakim Tak Ingin Bikin Malu
Bisa beradu akting dengan aktris sekaliber Julia Roberts dalam film 'Eat Pray Love', merupakan tantangan besar untuk Christine Hakim. Meski hanya punya waktu sedikit untuk persiapan, Christine tidak ingin membuat malu nama Indonesia.

"Waktu itu hanya punya waktu 3 hari persiapan untuk film. Ini membuat saya berpacu dan tidak ingin membuat malu orang Indonesia," ujar Christine saat ditemui di The Lounge XXI, Epicentrum Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (23/9/2010).

Bisa terlibat dalam pembuatan film 'Eat Pray Love' bersama aktor dan kru dari Hollywood, menjadi kebanggaan tersendiri bagi aktris berusia 53 tahun itu. Namun hal tersebut tidak membuat Christine besar kepala.

"Saya mencoba bekerja seperti mereka. Profesional, fokus dan tidak mau terjebak euforia karena bisa beradu akting dengan aktris Holywood," jelasnya.

Christine mengaku mendapat pelajaran berharga dari aktor dan kru Hollywood. Film 'Eat Pray Love' garapan sutradara Ryan Murphy itu pun akan ikut meramaikan 'Balinale International Film Festival' pada 12-17 Oktober 2010 mendatang.
